Postdoctoral Position in trophoblast stem cell metabolism, epigenetics and cell-cell interactions

Dr Irving Aye’s lab at the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, University of Cambridge is looking for a full-time post-doctoral research associate to join. Work in Dr Aye’s lab is currently funded by two MRC Grants and a Royal Society Grant.

The post holder will be involved in the lab’s research projects investigating the mechanistic links between metabolism and epigenetic during trophoblast development and developing novel in vitro models to study cell-cell interactions. Applicants should have a background in cell and/or molecular biology. The post holder will be responsible for running their own research projects and will collaborate with PhD students, research assistants and other post-docs both within the lab and across Cambridge. The post holder will be supported to develop their own project within the lab’s research theme.
