Small extracellular vesicles (sEVs)

In our group EC-sEVs are isolated from conditioned media of primary feto-placental endothelial cells (ECs) via differential ultracentrifugation. Characteristics of EC-sEVs are determined by size and concentration using Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) and by specific markers (CD81, Syntenin-1, ALIX) using Western Blot.
