Placenta accreta spectrum disorders (PAS) feature abnormally invasive implantation of placenta and absence of decidua.
I invastigate the capacity of endometrial mesenchymal stem cells isolated from the uterus in the PAS, non-PAS and non-pregnant specimens. Further, I will determine the underlying causes which contribute to the pathomechanisms of PAS.
